NOTE

  1. If any student finds incomplete/incorrect information, in the fee collection portal, he/she may skip the transaction for the time being till the same is corrected by the office of the concerned Dean. He/She should immidiately inform the office of the Dean concerned for updating the information through email (any time) or in person or through phone (during working hours) as given below:

  2. You can track your online transaction if it is failed or pending during the fee payment process by clicking on the 'Track Transaction' on the left side.

  3. Students are requested to go through the following instructions carefully before proceeding.

Instructions

  1. Admission year will be the year in which student has been admitted e.g. Admission Number L-2010-A-34-BIV will have admission year 2010. But if any student is re-admitted after droping, his/her admission year will be the year of Re-admission. e.g. Student with Admission No. L-10/11-A-34-BIV will have admission year 2011.

  2. Payment can be made through the any of the following methods:
    a) Online Banking (Through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card) - Details.
    b) NEFT/RTGS from any bank where the student/parent/gaurdian holds the account.
    c) By Cash, at any of the HDFC Bank Branches only, by presenting the Challan printed through the fee collection portal (see the steps given below).
    Note - Bank Transaction Charges:
    a) Online Banking (Through Net Banking - NIL, Credit Card/Debit Card-0.5% of the transaction value).
    b) NEFT/RTGS (Charges as applicable and levied by the acoount holder/fee payee bank where the transaction is made).
    c) By Cash payment through challan, generated throgh Fee Collection Portal, at HDFC Bank Branches- NIL.

  3. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact the office of the Dean of the concerned college.

  4. For Payment of fee, you will be going through the following steps (it is recomended that the following steps should be understood before intializing the payment process):
I) Click on the Link 'PAY FEE' on the left side of this portal. The following screen will appear. Fill/Select the approriate information and click the 'PAY FEE'. You will be directed to Step II or III or IV as the case may be.
 
II) Verify the details appearing on the page. If the Information is correct, select the Mode of Payment and click 'Proceed for Fee Payment'. You wil be directed to steps V(a) or V(b) or V(c) as the case may be. Else Click the 'Back' Button and go to Step I
 
III) If student has already tried for the making the fee payment, the following window will appear instead of that appears at Step II. Select the appropriate Mode of Payment and then Click the Submit Button you will be directed to steps V(a) or V(b) or V(c) as the case may be.
 
IV) If student has successfully paid the payment and it has been verified by the office, the following window will appear instead of that appears at Step II or Step III. Exit the portal.
 
V) On selecting the appropriate Mode of Payment the following page will appear:
V(a) Challan (By Cash). Verify the details before proceeding.
 
  On clicking the "View & Print Challan" the following page will appear. Print this challan. exit the Fee Collection Portal and go to any Branch of HDFC Bank for making the payment by Cash
 
V(b) NEFT/RTGS. Verify the details before proceeding.
 
  On clicking the "View & Print NEFT/RTGS Challan" the following page will appear. Print this challan, exit the payment collection portal and go to your Bank for making the NEFT/RTGS payment.
 

V(c) Online (NetBanking, Credit Card, Debit Card). Verify the details before proceeding as appeearing in the following window.
 
  On clicking the "PAY FEE" the following page will appear. It will redirect the user to the Payment Gateway as appering in the following screenshot. Proceed with payment details and other credential as demanded by the Payment Gateway.
 
  Following response, If suceessful, will appear if the payment is made through Online mode. Print this Recipt and/or Print the Detailed Receipt by clicking the appropriate button.
 
  Following response, If unsuceessful, will appear if the payment is made through Online mode. yo can go back to Step-I to retry. if problem persists, cantact office of the concerned Dean.
 
Vi) The Receipt can be reprinted/regenerated using the ‘Fee Receipt’ Link On the left side of the portal after filling the appropriate particulars, if the student need so.
